I’m Kenzie and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I'm a life + mindset coach as well as energy practitioner. I help women stop living on autopilot and start living a fulfilling life that they love. 

I believe that healing happens on multiple levels and encompasses the mind, body, and soul. It is all interconnected, and in order to break through we need to make sure each is included.

There is a powerful force and purpose that exists in every single woman, but over time we lose touch of our purpose and power. Together we discover the root of the barriers and bring awareness to the limiting beliefs and patterns you keep repeating that have caused you to disconnect.

As a master neuro-linguistic programming practitioner (NLP), master life coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and reiki master I use techniques that help us communicate with your subconscious mind as well as the energy and voice of your body.

As we work together you begin to rediscover the powerhouse that you really are and reclaim the person you’ve always meant to be.

In addition to online services, I recently opened an office in Oconomowoc, WI to expand my reach even further within my community.
